Eugene Urgent Care is pleased to announce the opening of a 2nd location in North Eugene at 1800 Coburg Rd. This new clinic will model itself after the first location in the University District at the corner of 13th and Patterson. This state of the art Urgent Care Facility has been embraced by the community since opening in December 2008 and is committed to providing fast, high quality, non-emergency care and services on the spot. The clinic specializes in treating all non-life threatening injuries and illnesses and is open 7 days/week. No appointments are necessary.

Jeff Elder (from Evans, Elder and Brown), who represents the owners of the easily accessible north Coburg Road location across the street from the new Walgreen's, approached Eugene Urgent Care as a natural expansion site for another clinic. The building, an already built out medical space in excellent condition, has 9 exam rooms and plenty of free parking for quick, easy access.

Refurbishing of the building has been completed and the clinic is now open to the public. A new high tech on-site Digital X-Ray system and Electronic Medical Record system has been installed. Laboratory services is also be available on-site, provided by Legacy Laboratory Services. The facility also has a large lobby and a new medical triage room off the reception area.

The clinic is open 7 days/week with extended hours from 9am to 9pm for a broad range of treatment and services. Members of the public can come without an appointment to get stitches, treatment for a cough or sore throat or even a broken bone for a fraction of what they would pay for a trip to the emergency room and without waiting.

Regardless of what happens with pending health care reform Eugene Urgent Care provides the public with affordable, convenient, non-emergency care on a walk in basis.

Eugene Urgent Care was founded by an independent alliance of Eugene-Springfield Emergency physicians and other specialty practitioners with the aim of providing affordable, accessible care to the people of Eugene-Springfield and the surrounding communities. The physicians and providers working at Eugene Urgent Care have extensive experience working in Emergency Departments and Family practice and have been providing medical care to the people of Lane County for over 25 years.
